Warranty Company Guarantees a New Home’s Energy Bills

RALEIGH, N.C. (October 13, 2014) – The North Carolina Building Performance Association (NCBPA) today announced the availability of an energy usage guarantee program available to builders of new homes throughout North Carolina. NCBPA sponsors the program in conjunction with Bonded Builders Warranty Group, which offers the program nationally.
