The Southeast Building Conference is the largest builder trade show in the region. Now in its 34th year, SEBC will welcome thousands of builders and more than 300 exhibitors to Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center July 26-28.

The Expo Hall features three specialty Pavilions:

  • Hurricane Alley — Hurricane Mitigation Products and Services,
  • Green Zone — Green Building and Sustainability, and

The exhibit floor offers a broad range of products that include interior merchandising, kitchen and bath, windows, doors, roofing, siding, appliances, tools, paints, stains, computer, and construction software and services that include construction loans. SEBC will feature more than 300 booths in nearly 100,000 square feet of exhibits, many with hands-on installation and manufacturers reps standing by to answer your most pressing questions, as well as provide you with the latest sales aids and technical literature.

In addition to the expo, the SEBC offers over 40 seminars that meet Florida Building Code Standards and business building tracks and programs that cover ideas on business management, universal design and remodeling as well as sales and marketing.

SEBC offers over 40 seminars within a six-track program (Architecture & Design, Business Management, Green and Sustainable, Remodeling, Building Construction, Sales & Production and Marketing) that accommodates the professional growth of builders, trades professionals, production managers and sales and office staff.

Sales and marketing professionals can acquire new selling techniques from a panel of nationally acclaimed speakers during the Sales Rally held on Friday.

With an emphasis on Hurricane Mitigation, Energy Efficiency and Green Building, the SEBC offer builders and trades the knowledge on the latest in construction products and seminars on how-to comply with the new regulations and codes, green construction and energy efficiency.

In 2012, SEBC has partnered with two other trade organizations: the USGBC and the Masonry Foundation of Florida to bring both a trade expo portion and additional educational events to the conference.

On Thursday, you can attend LEED Sessions followed by LEED GA Prep Exam on Friday presented by speakers from the USGBC.

In addition, the Masonry Association will present a variety of educational programs through out the three-day conference.
