One of the places Woodside Homes has invested is its new website. In markets where Woodside is building, there are many choices for community, lot and floorplan. Customers create a notebook on-line that helps them track what they would like to have in a new home.

Each community has general information about the location and a list of standard floorplans available. Floorplans can be printed or downloaded, along with an eBrochure. Forwarding the information to another person is easy; and almost every floorplan offers several options to match a families needs.

If buyers likes a particular home, they can add it to their notebook.

The Woodside website also has direct links to lenders, mortgage calculators and links to real estate agents.
