Our new home warranties are fully transferrable.

Should your homeowner sell the home during the warranty coverage period, the new homeowner can assume the warranty.

 

BuilderXpress™ Warranty

BuilderXpress is a low-cost option for builders that want to provide a basic warranty for their clients. As the builder, you will be responsible for all areas (materials, workmanship, systems and structural) during the entire life of the warranty. Bonded Builders provides the administrative services only - the actual warranty documents, set performance standards and the dispute resolution services.

You (the builder) are solely responsible for all liability, which means the homeowner will contact you directly in the event of a claim. If a claim should go to arbitration, there may or may not be charges for our services, depending upon the circumstances.

• If arbitration is initiated by the homeowner, there is no charge for our services. • If arbitration is initiated by the builder, the builder will incur charges for our services.
Unlike our standard new home warranty, the BuilderXpress warranty does not provide the added financial security of Bonded Builders as surrogate, should you become unable or unwilling to meet the responsibilities of the warranty. However, this warranty is transferrable if the home is sold during the warranty coverage period.

Remodeling Warranty

Not a whole-house project? Not a problem. Our remodeling warranty covers the extensions, upgrades and expansions homeowners want from you.
