The Performance Warranty Plan outsources your warranty obligation to us, so we become the Warrantor for first-year Workmanship & Materials, a second-year extension of systems coverage for HUD closings and 10 full years of structural coverage. As Warrantor, we will receive warranty requests, perform repairs in accordance with the Performance Standards and be responsible for payment for those repairs.
The Performance Plus Warranty Plan includes all the above, plus transfers your liability, time and costs to us, so we handle your pre-closing walk-thru, the completion of the punch list and buyer signoff. The Plus Plan enables you to tailor services to your needs.
