Ken Ward is the National Sales Manager for the Bonded Builders Warranty Group. His job is to be a facilitator for the local Bonded Builders Sales and Marketing Directors across the United States, helping them serve our builder members.
Where do you live: The Fish Hawk Ranch development in Lithia, Fla., which is a wonderful family oriented master planned community that illustrates the best of the home building industry.
Tell us about your family: I have a son, who is studying Architecture at the University of South Florida; and three daughters, one in junior high and two in elementary school. We also have two dogs.
How long have you worked for BB? I started as a local Sales and Marketing Director in January 2003 and moved into the role of National Sales Manager May 1, 2011.
What did you do before? In the past, I have worked in construction as a superintendent but the majority of my prior career was spent in the office furniture industry. First in delivery, then operations management and finally in sales.
What are your Interests outside of work? My only real hobby is golf. Most of my free time is spent with my family either watching my girls play sports, or we really like to go to the beach and to the many theme parks we have here in Florida.
What do you love about your job? Helping our Sales and Marketing Directors serve their builders to provide homeowners with the best most customer friendly warranty a new home owner can get.
